Monthly retainers (content/social and digital marketing) run on a 3-month minimum so the work has time to show results. Project work (websites, AIOS / AI builds) is scoped per project — no recurring lock-in.
What costs are billed separately?
Ad spend (digital marketing), hosting / domain / third-party licenses (websites), and third-party tool / model / API costs (AIOS). These are always kept separate from — and transparent against — our fees.
Do you offer any guarantee?
Yes. On content & social retainers we agree on KPI targets together at onboarding, and if we don't hit them in a given month, our labor for that month is free.
How do payments work?
Website projects start with a 50% deposit. AIOS / AI projects begin with a $500 discovery session that's credited toward the build. Retainers are billed monthly.
